The Journal of Multidimensional Management (JoMM) is committed to making scholarly knowledge widely accessible. All published articles are made freely available online immediately upon publication, without subscription fees, paywalls, or embargo periods. Through this open access approach, JoMM seeks to support the wider dissemination of research and encourage scholarly exchange among researchers, practitioners, students, policymakers, and the broader academic community.

Articles published in JoMM are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

This license allows readers to read, download, copy, share, distribute, adapt, and reuse published work, including for commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and source, a link to the license is provided, and any changes made to the original work are clearly indicated.

Copyright

Authors retain copyright in their published work. Upon acceptance, authors grant JoMM a non-exclusive right to publish the article and to identify the journal as the original publisher.

The published Version of Record is made openly available under the CC BY 4.0 license, allowing authors to retain ownership of their work while supporting its responsible dissemination and reuse.

Self-Archiving

JoMM supports authors in sharing and preserving their scholarly work. Authors may deposit the accepted manuscript and the published Version of Record in institutional or subject repositories, academic profiles, or personal websites, provided that the original publication is appropriately acknowledged.

Where the published version is deposited, authors are encouraged to cite the Version of Record and include the article DOI and a link to the official JoMM publication.

Public sharing of a manuscript while it is still undergoing editorial assessment or peer review should comply with JoMM's submission and publication policies and should not compromise the integrity of the journal's double-blind peer-review process.

Third-Party Material

Unless otherwise stated in a specific credit line, material published as part of a JoMM article is covered by the article's CC BY 4.0 license.

Some figures, photographs, datasets, or other third-party materials may be subject to separate copyright or licensing conditions. Where this applies, the relevant restriction will be clearly indicated. Permission for reuse beyond what is permitted by law should be obtained directly from the appropriate rights holder.

Metadata and Indexing

JoMM supports the visibility, discoverability, and long-term accessibility of published research by making article metadata available to indexing, abstracting, repository, library, and scholarly discovery services.

Such metadata may include article titles, abstracts, keywords, author information, references, and persistent identifiers such as DOIs. JoMM also supports interoperability through recognised metadata standards and persistent identifiers to facilitate accurate indexing, citation, discovery, and scholarly communication.
